uphub
A private, automated media processing and publishing engine designed to schedule, manage, and distribute self-produced digital video assets to designated YouTube channels via official APIs.
Project Architecture
uphub operates as a local background daemon running on secure private infrastructure. It integrates directly with internal video rendering pipelines, manages scheduling queues and API rate limits, and uploads completed video assets using Google Cloud OAuth 2.0 authentication. The system is strictly intended for administrative and internal automation purposes.
Privacy Policy
uphub is committed to data privacy and operates strictly as a self-hosted automation client. By integrating with YouTube API Services, uphub adheres to the following compliance policies:
- Users and API interactions are governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- For details on how Google processes and protects user information, please review the Google Privacy Policy.
Data Storage and Security: uphub does not store, share, sell, or collect personal consumer data or third-party user profiles. OAuth 2.0 access credentials and refresh tokens are securely encrypted and retained exclusively on the local hosting environment solely to authenticate authorized video publishing tasks.
Revocation & Data Deletion: You can revoke uphub's access to your YouTube channel at any time via the Google Security Settings Permissions page. Upon revoking access or upon system reset, all locally cached authorization credentials and metadata are permanently purged.
Terms of Service
uphub is proprietary software maintained exclusively for internal workflow operations. It does not provide public registration, multi-tenant accounts, or commercial SaaS services to third parties. All automated operations must strictly comply with applicable YouTube API Services policies and Google Cloud developer terms.
